  I had a bus with them and when I was out of work at the bakery, I called for the moratorium, they told me I should call the owner, the owner was my brother who died a month after the unit was removed, he called and they notified what happened and they told me It could not be delivered because for that there was a co-debtor so I stayed with her because I was the co-debtor. When I called, they supposedly applied the moratorium, then they sent me a letter that the bus has an aggravation and they took it from me and now to make matters worse they damaged my credit ... these people have no word and therefore they are useless. THIS PEOPLE ....

  I've been a customer since March 2020 and have made all my payments ahead of time but I will never again give this company business. Their customer service reps are super disrespectful with absolutely no manners...This company is terrible I wont ever recommend to anyone...DONT GIVE THEM BUSINESS!!!!!!

  Terrible service and in the quarantine they only give you a moratorium for 30 days and all those who have not been able to work have to pay if or if and thus empathy in the face of the crisis 👍
