  food was great and very friendly staff. food took a while to be served, but it was fresh and awesome! The banana leaf cooked fish was the best and everybody there was very friendly. Amazing!

  Nice family place. The food was great. I highly recommend The seafood soup. The space is nice, the decor is amazing. Staff was nice.

  Best restaurant in Puerto Rico. A delicious menu for all meals and a lunch buffet special if you want. Try the mofongo, delicious. It is a cozy and warm atmosphere that you can enjoy a meal inside or outside. Prices are reasonable and well worth it. My husband and I were there during hurricane Maria and after our hotel evacuated us, the owner of this restaurant met us in a grocery store and offered us shelter for two nights during the storm. The owner and his family are the kindest and most generous people I know, offering up their home to strangers in need. Their was a lot of damage to the property after Maria but I know this family will preserve and get back to doing what they do best, making delicious food for all locals and visitors to enjoy. Do not miss this restaurant if you are near Palmer, Puerto Rico.

  This is our favorite restaurant when we come to Puerto Rico. We pray that the owner, his family and staff along with everyone in Puerto Rico are safe following Hurricane Irma and Hurricane Jose. We were last here the last week of August 2017 and the food was very delicious and authentic. I look forward to going back hopefully next year. Queens, NY
