  “Your room is all paid for!” Nope. I booked a room, paid in full, but the staff said I need to pay them another $31 in cash for the room when I got there. They told me my email should have mentioned it, but it didn’t. Then the guy didn’t give me enough change when I gave him 2 $20 bills. These guys are trying to rip you off. Avoid this hotel. “Sir, I’m not in the mood to argue.” Too bad? I’m not in the mood for you to rip me off.

  We were there 4/22-4/26. For my boyfriend's birthday. The staff was great, friendly and very helpful. Since we hadn't been there before they told us all the wonderful places to visit. The hotel was clean and our room was serviced everyday. I read all the reviews and they where bad but I would have to disagree. It sits right on the beach, lots of places to eat within walking distance and there is even a casino down the street. It's about 15 minutes away from the pear, old San Juan Puerto Rico, old castles and museums and airport. The staff always called a cab for us in which they appeared in less then 10 minutes. The only thing that I didn't like was the elevator lol. The room was on the small side but really didn't mattered because we were not in it until we were ready to sleep. All in all if your interested in Location Location Location it definitely meets all your needs. I definitely will return. Had a wonderful time . 💛💙❤

  Poor customer service. Very strict rules about visitors, not very clean... it's a pity because they have an awesome location. They will charge you an additional fee when you get there that you wouldn't know about until you arrive. They are not flexible with checkout times and not 420 friendly at all.

  Horrible experience!! This place is still in business solely due to its location. Elevator is a death trap, looks like a medieval contraption. I like old world charm but that thing is dangerous- doors opened and nothing was there. There was a mixup in the reservation arrived late for check in, says we "kindly" give 24 hours they hadn't passed yet but reservation was cancelled according to clerk. He "fixed" it but they still charged the missed day plus additional miscellaneous surprise fees that only accept cash. Wouldn't go back or recommend at all. Not worth the price.

  The most comfortable bed you will ever sleep in and you can wakeup and go straight to the beach. It is very affordable at the right times. You do have to pay an energy/resort fee upon arrival, which is standard for most beach front hotels, but it is still the best beach front hotel for the price. The rooms are always clean, and if you have any problems, the front desk is very accommodating. Also, there is cheap $10 parking right across the street from the hotel, and it is for 24 hours from purchase.
