  Never answers the darn phone. Their online system doesn't work well and disables newly registered accounts.

  1. I received 2 fines for “allegedly” crossing the PR-5 highway in Bayamón without sufficient balance in my account, even though I had a pretty healthy balance (about $9) for the $0.35 fee and also after going to their offices 2 weeks earlier because of some irregularities with the card on the windshield. 2. The tolls are crazy expensive and it seems as if the roads keep getting worse, especially the PR-52 from San Juan to Ponce. I need to keep my eyes constantly peeled just to all of the wholes in the road. As if the prices weren’t already outrageous, if you’re not careful you could en up with car damage.

  Ive called many times sometimes letting it ring for hours while i work. No answer. Today I'll go to the main office to solve a misterious toll that insist on ticketing me $15 fine eventhough I've always have money on my account. What a waste of time. Hopefully the tickets will be removed. Keep you posted.
