  Mixed reviews. Benji is very helpful, but organization, leadership, and management seems to be lacking big-time. Employees having innapropiate conversations in front of customers, management cannot be easily identified (or they want to blend with the crew), scheduling issues, one has to constantly ask for status, which prompts for a reactive environment instead of a proactive environment.

  I had a very pleasant experience at Autogermana Mini. Melisa did a great job in helping me find a Mini that suited my needs. I visited the dealership on many occasions and she was patient and dedicated at all times. I did not feel pressured into buying something other than what I wanted. She also demonstrated substantial knowledge of the brand and the different units in inventory. I will definitely recommend the dealership and Melissa as a seller. Thank you!
