::Made atm withdrawal with card from another bank. Atm advised fee of $3. Receipt showed amount of withdrawal plus fee. When I checked my bank balance it showed another separate $3 fee for the Atm withdrawal. This bank is double charging for the use of their atm. I will dispute this with my bank when I get back home as it takes forever to get into the banks here due to the covid19.
