::Today I went to this place with my daughter and I am a woman of low resources and the treatment towards me was not adequate, The staff that attended to me today did not want to give me a letter that I kindly asked for and I knew that I had to pay the same for the charge you charge! I felt quite bad and offended since at no time they wanted to help me and they didn't even ask me for my information to help me in this process, it was a gentleman who attended me at that time. I went to the Banco Popular Branch in front of the Plaza del Pueblo de Caguas And they gave me what I needed. I felt offended in this place and I never return to this place for that reason I know my rights ⚖️ and for that I will study soon.
