  First they said in the add that there is a kitchen but it is false. Only a fridge and a microwave nothing to cook and even worst no bowl to heat food in the microwave. I do recognize it was clean.

  Great location in Condado. Beautiful private, cozy and quite place. Would've prefer more attentive service from the staff. Because of an incident with a cleaning issue. Other than that I would recommend it for sure. Great day and success.

  I loved this place! It was modern, and had a cool, pleasantly kitschy vibe. It was in a great location between the beach and hip Santurce. The staff was friendly and informative. We stayed in the Flamingo Penthouse. It was roomy and well-appointed. The continental breakfast was varied and tasty. I’d totally stay here again.

  What an amazing place!!! Love the decor; happy and inviting. The warmth of the staff so willing and accommodating. Yomarie, the administrator is so nice made me feel at home, she is sweet and simply the best! Everything is so conveniently close to the house (walking distance) yet tucked away in a quiet street to feel at peace. LOVE IT!!!! Cannot wait to go back to "Casa Los Cummins".

  It's rare for me to give 5* but I can't do anything else here! The place is lovely, well equipped with everything you need. Super clean! Room very cozy. Good breakfast. All top. Amazing staff! Special thanks to Maria. She helped us a lot abd we are thankful! We wouldn't leave if there would be free room for us. But we are definitely coming back!
