  Excellent place! This was literally a last minute booking, as we booked an AirBNB but it was overbooked and we weren't notified. It's near Las Croabas, La Marina and the Ferry, as well as shopping malls and various restaurants. Highway accesible; in regular traffic it's a 40-minute trip to San Juan. John, the house manager, was very very helpful and even gave us two passes to the ferry to Culebra! We're already planning another stay there. We happily recommend the place, hands down.

  We stayed one night . House was very clean and comfortable. Will recommend it. Owner was very pleasant and accommodating.
