  Where can i start... at first when i got to the dealer the sales person does a great job at listening and offering cars, steap prices but nice cars, however since i got the car its been having issues, even though they guaranteed that the car was running great, it was an used Ford Mustang Ecoboost 2017 with only 20k miles, i've been paying the car for 1 year and 2 months (almost 3 on october 4th) first day after getting home we noticed that the fog lights were not even turning on, so we took it back and it took around 4 hours to change, and right after they hand me the car a week later i noticed that they had left the damaged bulb inside the fog light casing, just slamming itself everywhere. After a month or so, the check engine light came on, and it took them 2 weeks to tell me what the problem was (even though i already scanned it somewhere else) and an extra 2 weeks to get it "fixed". Right after a month of waiting for the car, it took 15 minutes after i left the lot, and the check engine popped back up, had to turn the car in the same day, for the same reason, same code. I thought all my problems were over, and after driving the car for a few months, the engine broke down, on july 5th the engine started to make weird noises and i had to take the car ASAP so they could check it, they told me to bring the car on july 7th.. its october 30th and im still paying for the car and its still not fixed. Never buying here ever again, and like some people have said here, they said the same thing, you have to talk your bank, or the lawyers, cause we are "doing our job" worst experience ever (Sales person are awsome, even though they might need to know their cars better)

  I bought a 2019 used pick up F-150 and that was a total nightmare since the first day. They don’t provide the vehicle license, the vehicle tag expire last month and still have no license to get the new one. They just told me that I have to deal with the bank and the bank has no license either. So I’m paying for a vehicle that cannot use. Also they provide only one key instead 2 for back up. They said that the other key is on the previous owner hands, so there is another person on the streets with my truck keys, a real security issue. This is the worst experience that I experiment in my life. I won’t buy a Ford vehicle ever.

  Vehicle rental is poorly organized. They make you wait too long, employees arrive late even when their times are posted as starting at 0730am. Had to hand over keys to someone from service dept (service dept treats you better). Better go rent somewhere else.

  It's the most transparent dealer O have been recently (and I visited many in the search for my new [used] truck). There was no hidden information, they were straightforward with the price and options. In the end I bought a F-150 and am super pleased and excited with my purchase and the experience was awesome.
