  very helpful information desk workers, let me know to go to the oficina en Carolina y wrote down exactly what I needed to make it easier when I got there. However the line to get in took about 35 minutes, it did help by letting 15 people in at a time since it is a very small lobby.

  Llegué a las 3:00 pm y ya no permitían entrar. Deben informar que es hasta las 3:00 y no decir que es hasta las 5:00 como dice el horario.
