  The worse car rental location ever. Worst customer service ever. Was denied the use of the bathroom in the main office and was sent to the back of a shed or garage of some sort that had a toilet. This pick up location isn't a Charlie Rental office. It's called Carmelo service station. The only Charlie Rental insignia was a small sticker on the door. It was so hard to find the place.

  Everytime I visit my hometown in Puerto Rico, always used Charlies services, the best and affordable car rental company.
