::If you do not have Uber it will be hard to get around Puerto Rico as their taxi bases are always BUSY and you have to wait a very long time before catching a cap.

::I grabbed to our taxi in front of the Condado Delmar casino at 4:53 in the morning. My driver did not speak any English but did get us to the airport we were very happy and thankful. Once he gave us our luggage he left without giving us our grandson‘s backpack. Of course it had his iPad tablet and his schoolwork and his books and of course jewelry eyeglasses in other things and headphones. I attempted to contact them but no one answers the phone I can’t get any one to cooperate with me all I want is to send the moneySo they can send back the bag. He should’ve made sure all of our luggage in bags were out of his taxi before taking off
