  One star is way to high of a rating for the service you receive at Claro. Horrible customer service and slow lines. Is a total nightmare.

  Without a doubt the worst I have ever experienced. Horrible service; Horrible customer support; Horrible field service. Never experienced any worse, anywhere, at anytime. If you have a choice, choose someone else. If no choice consider a mobile hot spot. The reason these people have a 1.5 review rating is because everything i said is true.
