  The employee who attended me does not say hello or thank you and complains. You need RUSH to learn good customer service. Today I returned November 18, 2020, you have to make an appointment in haciendas pr shifts. The station 2 employee, very good and attentive. They had no ath system. There is a Banco Santander / First Bank ath outside.

  It seems incredible that of so many employees that this Department has, there is not a single one who updates the service hours, open Saturday !!! Negative after taking a trip from the island since on its page it says it is open on Saturdays, because it was a lost trip and money.

  Terrible atmosphere. The employees looked tired at 7:30am and one of the tellers was mad because I asked for two separate stamps.
