  I really enjoyed my stay. The pool and beach areas are smaller than other hotels in the area, but barely had anyone there when I visited. Really nice staff, great rooms and I loved the huge bathtub.

  What an amazing time spent after an extremely difficult time. After evacuating Tortola during hurricane Irma I booked these guys because they were dog friendly. The staff are incredible. I find San Juan to be generally a friendly place and the staff at the hotel were above and beyond exceptional. They upgraded the room for me and it was jaw dropping. I love rooms that don't have carpet and they were marble-like with nice rugs. Rooms were Very clean, well stocked bar, climate controlled, spacious, and quite even from the sound of the busy main street below. The pool area is excellent and the bar staff are not just friendly but great conversationalists, cultured and fun. The location is IDEAL for a dog. Its adjacent to an amazing grassy park with a dog friendly beach close by. I cannot thank the staff enough, from the bell hops to the managers for making my stay one that took my mind off of the worst week prior I have ever had in my life.
