  There is nothing fancy about it but that’s not what we were looking for. So close to the beach. The staff are so hard working and friendly. I felt at home. The air worked great. The pool was great. Nice size and clean. Hotel was clean. The highlight to me was the customer service. That means a lot to me. I was satisfied for sure

  Nice staff. Bathroom was very clean. Good place to stay near the airport while waiting for next flight.

  At first I thought this hotel was nice but after staying there for 2 nights I noticed it wasn’t kept clean & I’m not sure if my sheets were washed because I kept finding tiny hairs everywhere & also this junk hotel has roaches 👎and it triggered my asthma. I called to be put in a different room and it still had roaches so I checked out the next morning and made them refund me my remaining 2 night stay & I booked at a way better hotel. The only good thing is that it’s close to restaurants & beach

  This hotel has very small and basically appointed rooms. The price is a lot lower than most of the hotels in Puerto Rico. We were there for only one night before leaving on our cruise. There were many other cruise line guests here as well. The coffee shop attached was very good bringing me French press when I requested coffee. There was an elevator.

  After reading the bad reviews, I brought a can of Lysol and did a thorough bed bug check. The room was clean and had no bed bugs. It's an older building and shows it's wear. The room is small, but I was there to sleep only. Everything worked and the staff was friendly. They are building a nice pool with hot tub. I had breakfast in the diner. The food was excellent . I would stay there again.
