  Pretty much disappointed to start. Although the pandemic issue is noted. Customer service specially, towards seniors was terrible.

  New office in Santa Rosa Mall. Sloooowww service. Carlos Feliciano, Bayamon's CRIM supervisor told me that he only had 4 employees working cases for many municipalities. Reinaldo Paniagua Latimer please send more employees.

  Long line, long wait, no orientation.had my 94 year old father and had no priority inhumane treatment.

  I agree with writer Christian Torres. That office has got to be one of the most inefficient gorvernment offices in PR. The Personnel Manager must lack respect for the public who just line up for hours just to get a number to wait some more for someone to help you. I witnessed a couple of elderly people who could not hold their place in line without taking a chair break in the waiting "some more" area. It's embarrassing to see the way the gorvernment runs these third world style offices. Shame on them.
