::I was treated in a disrespectful manner by the store manager LC around 4:00 PM today, Wednesday April 8. He claimed that it was store's policy not to grant rainchecks for items not in stock. When we went to examine the store's policy on the signs at the counter of the store, he admitted that this was not part of the store's policy. He lied and was disrespectful. When you are in a position of relative power, you demonstrate that you are capable of wielding that power in a constructive and respectful manner. The manager LC has shown that he is unable to be a leader and deal with power in the manner that he treated me, a bona fide customer. I'm very disappointed.
