  They have to improve the calling system. It's worse than calling PREPA. I looked for another office.

  Had to go to Dr. Corral’s office several times for various reasons. Every time I went, he was an hour to three hours late. What is it about doctors that they think their time is more valuable than their patients’ time? And his tardiness was especially egregious. I tried him for Botox. I was shocked at his procedure. Instead of the proscribed protocol of over 30 small injections, he gave me massive doses in just a few locations. I wasn’t keeping track at the time, but it was only about 4 locations. Needless to say,, the result was useless. And The bruising was way worse than I am used to. I don’t know if he is totally ignorant of the proper procedure or just too lazy and unprofessional to do it correctly. Of course I will never go back.
