::I stayed in Isla Verde, Carolina and traveled to Old San Juan by city bus. There may not be a consistent timetable schedule, but my experience was riding the city bus was great. The driver spoke enough English to confirm I was going to get to my location and back. I felt safe and really enjoyed the ride. I was able to sight-see on the way. Very favorable travel experience.
