  I would not recommend this place. the sanitation practices when it comes to waxing is very much questionable as well with the utensils they use for mani/pedi. They did a poor job with my mani/pedi and even poorer job with waxing. Needless to say, I wont be back.

  Very attentive to detail, excellent customer service in a great area of PR! Janira is awesome! I will definitely book here next time I come to the island, I've not had this kind of treatment in a long, long time!

  I had a wonderful experience. The difference between this spa and my ordinary experience at home is immediately apparent as you enter. The vibe is quiet and relaxed. You are given an appointment time that allows the specialist time to pamper you and not rush. They are not trying to squeeze that next person in. Be sure you understand what you get for each package. Remember back home they charge less per package but you are herded in and out like cattle. I had a massage by Harold. It was great. My manicure and pedicure was perfect by Kialia. I will double check the spelling of her name. I will definitely pay them a visit next time I'm on the island.

  Massage by Harold was great, unfortunately the experience was marred by the facilities. The massage room was across the street in another building, over air-conditioned and did not block the sounds from the street in the slightest (most of my massage was accompanied by a jackhammer soundtrack). While we experienced a substantial discount by going outside of our resort for a massage it definitely came at the expense of any semblance of a spa atmosphere.
