  Beautiful hotel. First time here and so far so good. Staff has been super friendly. Vivian at the pool bar was awesome! The manager Justine came to see how we were doing and we felt like we've known her forever. Pool area is beautiful. We had breakfast overlooking the pool and beach. Very pleased I picked this hotel!

  Stayed for 4 nights, room was a bit "old" and worn, for a Fairmont hotel, but the service was excellent. Loved the in room fridge. Check-in was quick. Staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Will be back.

  We decided to spend one night in San Juan before getting to our final destination on the island and the Hotel was horrible. We chose the “Hotel San Jaun” because of the allure. The bed was not very comfortable, the towels were rough and over-washed, and the staff was not very pleasant. We came in around 10pm looking to enjoy the experience of the renowned San Juan Hotel but met bored looking employees and a view of a rooftop on a low floor. After spending multiple trips downstairs back to the front desk to get a better room, we were told there were no other rooms available. We decided we rather stay somewhere else and pay more for a better experience and inquired about canceling, suddenly a room became available. Still not with water view but a higher floor. Finally we asked if we can pay for an upgrade fee and $50 later and some confirmations with reservations that hadn't shown up yet, and we got the same room but with a water view... not worth the money...

  My first trip since Covid and I was pleased. The rooms were clean and so were the public areas of the hotel. I mostly used the beach which was nice, however there was no beach service my entire stay until the last day! I found that odd. Since there is also no daily cleaning of the rooms, it would be nice to offer fresh towels and to check bathroom toiletries daily. We had to call each day to request those items. All in all, I would stay here again! Only 8 minutes from the airport too,very convenient!

  Excellent experience, 1st time in that beautiful hotel and totally loved it, we went for brunch on Saturday and no words to express how satisfied me and my family were. The food quality and the service by Danayra was impeccable, the cleanest pool, ambience, all employees smiling, and I had the pleasure to meet Fabio, super attentive and professional who made my birthday celebration unforgettable, no words to say thanks to the whole team!!! 100% recommend See you next time
