::Got to the bank at 8am. The system was down. I believe the system came back around 20minutes ‘ A few agents for the special services arrived a little later. We needed to cancel an account. We were finally assorts at 9pm by Mr. Luz which was very annoyed by our requests and questions about inexplicable charges on the account. Glad we closed this account and our relationship with First Bank is Done’ very disappointed.
