  I called from Alaska needing flowers for a family member in Puerto Rico. I am not familiar with the island and Spanish is limited. I literally threw a dart and connected via phone with FC. Dona Celina observed that I struggled communicating and offered to contact my local PR family members to confirm address, best time and date for delivery. She walked me through the credit card process, assisted with providing the well wishes on the note card and with the flower arrangement. According the recipient of the flowers the arrangement was beautiful. I am appreciative of her customer service and professionalism.

  Desde que me mude para Texas siempre utilizo sus servicios para enviar flores en Ponce. Doña Celina es muy amable y servicial. Los arreglos de muy linda calidad.
