::The condado plaza hilton has recommended this company. We have signed up for couple of tours with this company one went well and the other one was a failure. We went to the rain forest tour which was nice and the guide was good as well. We also booked for a tour for culebra island tour few hours before the trip they called and informed us that the tour has been called off because the weather isn't good at the island which is completely false. We immediately checked the weather app and the cruise. Everything was operating on time. We struggled to make sure that we visit the island the next day as our complete itinerary was planned in advance. If you plan a trip with this company then make sure your are prepared to handle the cancellations at any moment.

::This is my first review I’ve ever left as I like to generally assume good intentions. But DO NOT book using GSI. They charge an additional 25% than booking directly with the tour company, and DO NOT tell you. In fact when we asked if it was the same price, they said yes, and that they take a deposit only. We were staying at the Sheraton Puerto Rico hotel, as Diamond Members, and we were referred to their “concierge” to make bookings which turned out to be GSI. We wanted to go zip lining and they recommended EcoQuest and told us the price of $260 for two people. It was at that time that we asked if it was the same price as if we booked directly and they said yes, and that they would take a $46 “Deposit”. However, it turns out that this is actually the ADDITIONAL fee they charge to book through them as EcoQuest Charged us $215 as well, which is the price that you’re pay if you book directly with them (and what everyone else on the tour paid). When we went back to GSI the following day, they were very unapologetic and said that it should have been made clear that the money they were taking out was a booking fee, and that we shouldn’t be upset with them because “they just work there it isn’t their company”. I think this is also the fault of Sheraton who should make it clear to their guests that if you book tours through their recommended provider that they will be charging an additional 25%.

::I would not use the company misrepresents itself and uses subcontractors they did everything they could to get me to buy as much as I can when the details actually came out about the trips they refuse to offer me any sort of refund or credit them anyway and said if there weren't enough people that were keeping my money which they did I'm fighting it with my credit card company.
