  The facility has great amenities as well as excellent COVID-19 protocols in place. But their customer service is extremely bad. They refuse to answer to any claims and all complaints must be via email only. Additionally, they take up to weeks to respond. Don't ask to talk to a manager nor ask for their info, they will do anything to refuse that.

  One of the most complete gym I have ever visited.
