  The front desk people are awesome. The location is great. Close to everything and a great place for walks. You can do a few 100 feet or a few miles up to old San Juan and back. Very safe and great views. Did I mention the desk staff is amazing?

  Very clean! Beautiful room. Front desk personnel were fantastic!!!! Parking is across the street in a parking garage. Better signage needed to let arriving guests know about this.

  Pretty okay place, 1 block away from the beach. Walk in shower but no door not a big fan of that. The bed is very comfortable. There are small roaches roaming around at night I had to kill a few because I don't want to take them back home.

  I was expecting a much better experience. The staff was friendly upon check in. Our room was in a back corner located close to the stairway, you could not see the room's door until you entered the back corner. It felt very unsafe. During our first night a fuse blew, they reset the breaker within 30 minutes. The room appeared nice when we first entered. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the bathroom door was hiding a large area of mold. The showers are designed with an open concept, therefore, allowing the bathroom floor to get drenched with each shower. The bathroom was very small with no counter space. We stayed for a total of 5 nights and each day we either had to ask for either towels, washcloths, or toilet paper because housekeeping didn't replace it when servicing the room. The hotel is not on the beach, you must walk to find the area on the beach designated for the hotel. Therefore, do not expect to be able to access drinks or food while you are on the beach unless you walk to a store. We were told to walk the beach and look for the sign and it would be clearly marked. We walked the entire stretch of the beach, had to call the front desk, and then had to ask an employee of a different hotel to find the location. When we finally found the location the man was not friendly and shrugged his shoulders when we explained we couldn't find the area because there was no sign or umbrella up. He put the flag up about 60 minutes later after other people complained that there was nothing indicating the area for the hotel. I explained to the front desk staff that I was highly unsatisfied with our experience so far and was told she would have the manager speak with me. I was never spoken to. I then asked to speak with a manager 2 other times during my stay and was never contacted by the manager. The hot tub was not working during our stay, the jets would not turn on and on the first night it appeared that the filter was not working either. I did not try again to use it. The pool area is very small, not a relaxing experience if it more than 4 people down there at the same time. The staff in the hotel were pleasant and breakfast was great. I just would not recommend this hotel for a stay.
