  My dad he's a pation right now while I'm writing this complaint. First of all he's been there since sunday,2nd of all he haven't have a bit to eat or drink,the doctor haven't go to see him was suppose to get an MRI by 5 pm its 8:18 and he's still waiting.....now what tipe of people would do this to a human being? You know he's my everything my dad ....and I love him and care about him.put your self in my shoes,,,and see how you feel... Some one better do something soon. This is the worst I tell you.

  The worst hospital ever!!!! The nurses and Doctors are rude and unprofessional. I went because my wife is pregnant and She was bleeding but were are not from San Juan, they make you feel like you don’t have a real emergency and the Dr Aguirre from Sala de Partos was rude and mean. Hope I don’t see him ever again because not going back there.

  People beware of this place! If I could give it zero stars I would! This is the worst hospital I have ever been too! Unprofessional and immature staff during my stay. Also if your not from the island, definitely don’t go here! Being in the medical field myself, I have NEVER witnessed what I did here. I had to put write two complaint forms which fell on deaf ears. Condado is a really nice area and not raciest such as this “hospital”.
