  The worst customer service EVER!!!!! Their staff is very unprofessional, they NEVER answer the phone calls at ER and ER Pediatrics, and/or any department you call. Had my sister admitted, she was having a panic attack and was saying her good byes to all of her family over the phone!!! We tried to contact the nursing station through ER and main numbers and nobody answered the phones!!!! HELLO!!!!! My sister called for help and the nurses on floor where not available. She asked a nurse who was walking down the hallway at that moment for help. The nurse told her she could not help her because it was not her area and that she should not worry if the IV was leaking because the worst could happened was that she could die from bleeding! My sister was admitted to the hospital because her hemoglobine was 6.7... Really? What kind of nurse will tell that to a patient? This is completely inaceptable!!!!!! The worst nursing staff! No caring for the patient at all!!!! I do not recommend this hospital if you want to live!!!!

  Hoy estuve con mi hija en emergencia. La joven de servicio al cliente que llegó aprox a las 4:00pm.movilizó el área de manera excelente. Mi hija ya tenía todo los estudios y solo faltaba la eval final. Por favor asignen un personal que este pendiente de esto y verán como todo fluirá más rápido. El hospital cuenta con un personal capacitado y un equipo de vanguardia. Tomen en consideración esta sugerencia. 😷🤒🤕🤧

  La atención es mas rápida que en otros hospitales del área, el personal en general es amable y agradable, me gusta ir allá.

  my experience was ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS! MY MOM LAID IN THAT ICU BED FOR 2 MONTHS. MISTREATED NOT BATHED , HAIR NOT BRUSHED, FEEDING TUBE DRIPPING ALL OVER HER. AND WE CAN ONLY VISIT FOR 30 MINUTES .. KEEP UR FAMILY AWAY FROM ICU BECAUSE THEY WILL DIE .. I HAD TO PUT THAT STAR IN ORDER TO POST.. THEY GET NO STARS AND I AM WORKING ON SUING THE HOSPITAL.. THEY MUST BE SHUT DOWN.. AND NURSE FRANK IRRIZARRY I HOPE TO SEE IN COURT!

  Hace 2 semanas estuve allí por culpa del doctor de Pediatría hector ramos y la Sepúlveda que mandaron al nene a casa sin suero tuve que volver con el nene muriendose hasta que al fin llego una buena y me salvo al nene el servicio fatal! Algunas enfermeras con actitudes y muy brutas!! Solo puedo sacar a 1 enfermera que me trato como ser humano el gastro que le pusieron al nene fatal!!! Llego gritando y haciendo shows como si fuera su hija culpandome como si yo fuera la negligente y realmente fue pediatria que la cago ahí.
