  04/09/2018 4:02pm Bóricua living in usa I just call about 15 minutes ago they answer me cordially a guy but when I said yes I want to verified if you have the days I need available and they hang up the phone,I call thinking was a mistake they didn't answer at the third time they or hie answer again in a bad modo and han up again that is awful I hope some owner see this because it can't be like that Ahora en español me hablaron muy bien de éste hotel y lo vi y me gustó porque es bien típico y extraño a mi islita pero que servicio al cliente más asqueroso es una falta de respeto tratar a un cliente así espero qun un dueño o gerente vea esto porque estoy desconcertado si pudiera darle cero estrella se los daba recuerden que el servicio al cliente es lo más importante ese muchachito que contesto no debería atender personas si no le gusta espero tener algun tipo de comunicación y me den una respuesta porque el hotel me facinoy estand cerca de mi pueblo natal pero nada estaré haciendo un update si me comunico con ellos

  Excelente lugar para pasarla en familia y en pareja. Buen servicio. Lugares de atraccion turistica cercanos.
