  Very dissapointed with the quality of service. We've had to sleep cold for three nights because they couldn't make the room right. When it was brought up to the front desk, they said in a very rude mannor that they couldn't promise anything, so i guess it is another night we will have to sleep in the cold. Glad I brought my jacket because if its for the front desk lady, well be checked out by the time we get sheets.

  The hotel is nice and clean, but the wifi logs you off daily, there wasn't a microwave, and the freezer of my fridge leaked.

  The Condado Hilton was a great place to stay. I was there about a month after Hurricane Maria hit Puerto Rico and the hotel was recovering great. The Denny's in the lobby provided great food and excellent service.

  I spent 46 nights in the Laguna tower, arriving just after hurricane Maria. The staff were wonderful, working diligently to restore the full functionality of the hotel. Since I stayed there during the disaster my review can't do justice to all of the amenities that are normally present at the resort. However the staff there are top-notch and the facility will be beautiful once again.

  Thin walls so you can hear neighbors and hallway noise. Doors are very loud. Old musty rooms that use central air. Requested staff to clean vents so be aware of this problem. No internal phone service. An occasional small plane flies over! Tile floors which are cooler on the feet but nice and clean. Bathroom is very very small! King bed is nice and low to the floor. Balcony is nice too with good view over the lagoon.
