  I have Amazon prime mostly for rhetfree shipping. But since amazona wants to keep using this company for shipping to PR, I guess I'm going to cancel my Amazon prime. Why? Well Would of 10 items that i get shiship using this company 9 get lost and thet 1 that arrived usually is 2 weeks late.

  Not awarding a lower score because there is no way of doing so!!!!! Aparentemently this company is runned by sloths!!!! And that is an insult to the poor sloth race. Furthermore and I’m to explain this as If my audience were Just toddler size Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 is not in the middle of the Congo we are an island in the Caribbean sea not to far from the main land!!!! Therefore can anyone now explain to me why all my packages 📦 sent through this 💩 company never ever ever arrive as expected!!!!! When a customer purchases an item online is because they needed not to just have it!!! Ehat I’ma supposed to do if my snow/ski gear don’t get here on time before my trip just because this company is holding my my items hostage.

  Bad Customer Service, bad business hours and bad delivery overall. Package was a few weeks late and no way of contacting them other than a voicemail bot.

  This is the absolute WORST shipping company in the universe!!! Amazon uses them to ship to Puerto Rico and they are BEYOND MEDIOCRE. I was able to get Amazon to put a note in my account to never use ParcelPool for anything I purchase through them. I've also spoken to customer service supervisors and sent feedback emails letting them know what an absolute joke this company is. Items take 3-4 weeks to arrive and they rarely update tracking information. This company is ABSOLUTELY USELESS. Can't believe they're still in business. ParcelPool is a JOKE of a company that operates as if it were run by a bunch of first graders that don't know how to put a stamp on an envelope, let alone actually mail a package.
