  Dropped in while on vacation, one of the best yoga studios I have been to. The practice was challenging since I haven't been practicing as regularly as would like to but the experience was great! Will be returning for sure.

  For a newbie, the yogi/owner David was so welcoming, and informative. His energy is beautiful. His passion, for yoga and his students, shine through. I can't wait to be back, in Puerto Rico, and his class, again!

  Hands down, this is the one of the top studio's I've ever been to. If you happen to be passing through PR on business/vacation, or a local just looking for a place to get started with yoga, you're in luck. Why, you may ask? David Kyle (the studio owner) for one, is a gem. Having taken a 200 hr and 50 hr with him, he is a talented teacher. He is truly gifted in that he can take a room full of every level of practitioner of all ages, body types and styles, and make them all feel like they're getting a personal and fulfilling experience (and if you've ever taught a yoga class before, you know how challenging it is). Even if you don't take class from him, David has staffed the studio with people he deems serious enough about the practice that he can trust and carry the same principles.

  Great studio, very attentive, I popped in as I was on a trip from out of town. On second floor.
