::As of now (January 2019), the park's track for jogging/walking is open to the public after being closed for a while because of hurricane Maria in 2017. I get there around 9AM four days a week and it's open every day except for major holidays. I always liked this park and I am glad it's back in order. For now the parking fee is $1 between Monday and Friday; free parking on Saturday and Sunday.
