  Terrible Service! I live in between PR and US, I love the brand .. but this store is no comparison! The service is terrible, the manager and sales rep have no customer service skills! I bought something and they gave me an incorrect part, and the way the manager deals with customers is horrible! I'll never be back, please take some sales and customer service training or better yet replace your employees. Thanks
