::Given the COVID situation there was a lot of supervision at entrance. The female bartender/waitress awesome. Knew her wines and quick in recommendations. The boys were attending stock and putting bottles away and did not attend well ... I suggest you put one person to look after store, inventory and cashier and leave waiters full at service tables
