  Humble People & Great Food! We were on our honeymoon staying at the Margaritaville Resort and wanted to search for a breakfast spot in the area. After finding La Familia Bakery, we made this our favorite morning, lunch, and dinner spot. From the moment you park your car, you can see this place is the neighborhood spot to be at! People are lining up to buy their breakfast sandwiches, Cafe con Leche, and possibly their lunch for work. They have EVERYTHING! Such welcoming people who were very inviting the moment we walked through the door! We had two massive breakfast sandwiches with two coffees for $12! We will definitely be visiting this place again when we travel back to the Rio Grande area! Thanks!

  We had breakfast and it was delicious. They had goodies to choose from and they were fresh. Good place for a good bite.

  Very sweet and kind people here. Patient with bad Spanish. Good food. Don't miss the mofongo!

  First time there, we tried one of everthing and it was all delicious. Parking and table space is tight but well worth it.
