::Don't use this rental car company. They are not truthfull. I rented twice with NU Cars and have to return to Leaseway twice and both time they failed me. They charged my credit card as NU Car and the deposit as EASEWAY not Leaseway. So they make this confusing to you. My first rental I return on time and vehicle in same conditions. I never received my deposit back and they charged me twice on single fee item of $8. Never got it back. My second rental, I returned one day before schedule. They charged the full amount and never returned a deposit that they claim should have been pending, but my credit card show as charged, not pending, even after several months after the transaction. Some staff are attentive and friendly, e.g. maintenance guy and some receptioinist. But there is a big problem getting your deposit and other charges straight. I have gone with other rental companies and they are more thruthfull. But even some big companies at the airport like enterprise, budget, ...don't go well on rentals. Tired about making bussiness with these dishonorable people.

::The price is great, the cars are good, the checkout experience was craptastic. I rented through "Classique Rentals" which must be a reseller. I thought they were on airport, but no. We saw about three to one shuttles leave until an Easeway/N.U. shuttle arrived. Checkout took an hour and a half. Combined with the long wait for a shuttle, that's 2 hours wasted, so don't plan on meeting up right after landing. Otherwise, our car was fine; we reserved a Honda Fit or similar. Received a Kia Rio sedan with just 4,000 miles on it. Did just fine around the island. Check-in time for us wasn't too busy, but still took longer than it should. The price is great, but you pay with your time.

::Don't use this place. Had a small dent on the car. They didnt provide the paperwork or anything on the claim. Charged my credit card though and ripped me off.

::Excellent staff. Shuttle to and from the airport. Both times I've leased, (couple of years apart) drivers were courteous friendly and patient. Checking in was seamless and friendly. Location is just off the airport about a 7-10 minutes ride. The cars are new and they'll upgrade you with out issue. This is how you keep repeat business. I apologized for some mud on the Jeep, (had been raining) and they laughed, as mud was nothing compared to the mess some people make in the interior. I know how the renters abuse the houses or equipment.

::Worst!! Save your time or come in a day in advance to pick up your car more than an hour wait w/only 2! 2! People on line!! Yea definitely going to a more professional and business savvy rental car company at the terminal. You should do the same
