  What is the point of getting out of town Tuxedo rental measurements ahead of time and sending them in (with a $40 deposit reservation fee) only to show up days before the wedding with none of the measurements correct? We all tried on our tuxedos they had ready and almost all of us groomsman had to switch pants, shirt, and coat sizes... They weren't even close in sizing. They had the wrong color ties and pocket squares as well. And at the end of the day, they didn't even have a correct sized coat for me... I had to drive back the next day when they said they'd have one (after 2pm) to get the correct coat size and to pick up the correct color pocket squares and ties... so I was stuck in terrible traffic getting out of Caguas and was late to the wedding rehearsal and rehearsal dinner. They didn't even have anything ready for my father's suit reservation on the first day either so he too had to go back the next day as well. Although management was very nice and friendly, sorting this all out and getting everything right initially before everyone shows up is what should have happened... Especially when most tuxedo measurements had been sent in months in advance. Pretty frustrated, should have done better.

  I think the clothes should be more fitted. And the shoes I rented and the other guys who rented with me was painful. They also need to have better ways of receiving payments and not making life of the customer so painful...
