  Very clean and comfortable room. Good service. Close to Sheraton Convention Centet, restaursnts and shopping. Downside no pool.

  Relatively nice hotel. Rooms are a bit dated but clean. Bed reasonably comfortable. They asked for my credit card details for the mini bar but the room didn't have anything. No glasses or cutlery or anything supplied. The hotel is in a good area, close to lots of resteraunts and a supermarket. They didn't have breakfast available (they said due to the hurricane). Staff were helpful and friendly.

  The Hotel is located between the mostly safe Tourist district and generally safe locals restaurant area. Felt perfectly safe in the daytime but didn't want to spend to much time outside at night. The staff were very friendly and answered any questions we had happily. The rooms are unusual large for the price and was very clean. The city around the Hotel was rather quiet so I didn't have trouble getting to sleep. All in all a great place to stay in the city.

  we got a great price on our room and we were close to everything we wanted to do. clean and safe building with very friendly staff. Vincent at the lobby bar was very kind and helpful!

  Not impressed for the price. Greeting staff are lovely and courteous however that is where it stops. The magnetic doors barely work, it took over 25 swipes for myself and coworker to access rooms. We pay $259 per night and the hotel management doesn't bother to give customers a small bottle of conditioner. Come on guys even cheap motels give conditioner!!! We went out to get dinner and upon returning I had a friendly roach waiting for me on my bed. The beds are stiff and the pillows are flat and uncomfortable. This room reminds me of a medical waiting room instead of the chic modern hotel that it wants to be and damn near nothing what it should be for the price. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, at least a place that offers conditioner.
