  Have left my machine 4 times and it’s still not properly fixed. The amount of time and money I have put in to dealing with this service is too much and they don’t care. Unfortunately, it’s the only Apple authorized store.

  Deben mejorar el trato al cliente. Estoy consciente que el conocimiento de una persona, si tiene su valor. Pero, cobrar 139.15$. No necesitando el diagnóstico, ya sabiendo específicamente lo que necesitaba hacerse para que volviera a funcionar la computadora, que era solo instalar Mac OS.

  Best service in the whole island. Make sure to ask for Steven, he is knowledgeable, professional and goes out of his way to fix any Apple device.
