  Good "mofongo" but rarely they use plantains that are a little sweet. The "mofongo" always has to be made only of non ripe (just cut from the plantain tree) plantains so it doesn't have a sweet taste. Chicken, pork, shrimps, beefsteak and other ingredients available.
