  My name is Kathleen Bill. I have house insurance with you. I have a house in Vieques Puerto Rico which suffered considerable damage during Hurricane Maria. I submitted a claim to the Puerto Rico Multinational office on Dec 1, 2017 and have not heard one word from them in regards to my claim. I have emailed the claims department numerous times asking for a claim update. I have had to start repairs and am paying for them out of my pocket, because the house was starting to deteriorate and I would lose everything. I understand they are busy with numerous claims, but I am a paying customers and deserve respect. The customer service is unsatisfactory. On March 1, I will be filing a complaint with Insurance Commission in Puerto Rico. You do not deserve one star.
