  Call to make an appointment for 5 people and the secretary Mrs. Charon was rude and arrogant to the point of offering to cancel fresh appointments. Cancel the appointments and write a message to their page. A poorly educated secretary who treats new patients with the toe is not indicative of good service. I do not recommend it!

  Excellent fast and effective service. Appointments by turn and even by text remind you of the appointment. Super nice and clean office.

  It's very sad that the medical profession has come down to how these doctors operate today. Dr Tous comes off as a great guy, funny and pleasant when you meet him, but is a wolf in sheeps clothes. He actually did a good job on my surgery, but don't plan on any aftercare once your surgery is done. He does not answer any emails or phone calls. You will get to his assistant, but no follow-up after that. If you plan on using him for your surgery, make an extensive list of questions to adk, because you will never hear from him again, unless you have an appointment. This brings me to how poorly the office is ran. Plan on waiting 2 to 4 hours to see the Dr. Waiting room is packed and standing room only most of the time. Good luck if you're looking for A/C. I waited 3.5 hours in pain on the hardest seats you can find after my surgery for my follow-up appointment. It appears that they don't care to separate new patients for consult from post surgery patients. Very poor planning. Again, appears they just don't care. Do not, I repeat, do not say anything to the nurse running the appointments. They will just leave you miserable and waiting longer. Dr Tous should be ashamed of himself. A man of his talents should do better, but hey, it's all about the money, right?
