  Current resident. Amazing place. Always super clean and very well taken care of. Maintenance is very good. Very safe, quiet and comfortable. Mostly nice neighbours. The apartments are big and spacious. It is very close to shopping centers and restaurants, hotels, beaches. Almost beach-front, but protected by the Cerro Gordo MTB Trail and Park. An excellent place to live.

  Excellent place to live or stay. Safe and friendly, excellent for families. Beach is walking distance and the pool is amazing.
