  Went for a balance and I was second in line. After 35 minutes I ask what’s taking so long if there is no one else waiting and the employee got into an argument with because 35 minutes is not a long time for him. Anyways after an hour and a half they’re done and when I got home one of the tires had a drill bit 3 inches long in it. I cannot prove it but isn’t it suspicious after a discussion? If it were a nail but a drill bit like the ones used in there is not a coincidence.

  Good service and prices. Staff willing to help but sometimes selling and guarantees are different from reality. Like tell you a battery is 3 years guarantees and then find out is only 2 year and a half

  Wow! What a difference from their neighbors across the street. Here they seem to understand a customer's needs and arrange their procedures accordingly. Advance Auto is probably their best source of new customers.
