  I am a local and a member for over 10 years. This is by far the best gym in the area. The gym previously called International Fitness Gym has a new owner. A blend of hard core and a chain franchise. The equipment is acceptable and the facilities clean and pleasant. Under the new owner Jonas, who owns a high profile gym in NYC, the management has significantly improved the offering, including now boxing, and new cardio machines. We locals are very happy for the new management strategies and offerings and sense of community this gym continues to deliver.

  Un lugar limpio con cocina y muy rica, un ambiente cogedor, los empleados amables. Tienen un buen espacio para cada sección además se dan clases de boxeo, MMA, defensa personal entre otras.
