  Went to fix my 2 centimeter, hit by a small rock hole in my front glass and first I had to go in two different days to have an appointment in Bayamon, even when I could see that they were empty, but they did everything possible to convince me not to do the job. Apparently they don’t want to work. Very bad and poor customer service. Their customer service in Bayamon does more damages that what the hurricane Maria did to their building.

  I went for a crystal replacement. they dismantle your car as it were a piece of junk. At the end some of the car upholstery were missing. They answer: " we did not touch that area ", obviously they did.
