::great company, good signal throughout PR', but poor equipment (my Samsung Elite did not last a month), terrible customer service ( poor oriented employees), had me driving all over the Island looking for a service center that could fix my phone, rude and arrogant employees who feel they own the store and customers are privileged to be part of Claro. I wish I could go back to Claro, but their employees make it impossible for it to happen. The last thing I need is arrogance and headaches when I'm already experiencing phone problems.
